Previously a startup or freelancer would have to pay through the nose to look as professional, and respond as quickly as someone working for a large Enterprise. But that has all changed.
Still questions remain – should you hack things together with Free Open Source, or should you invest in Commercial Proprietary SW? What is the basic starting kit for anyone going out on their own? Is there a really a difference in Smartphone, or will all do the same job? Should you invest in a Virtual Office?
